Alright, I am pretty sure you are interested in meeting the author of this book. My name is Mike, and I was just like every other person while growing. Most of my childhood was just a normal kid. My family doesn’t know much about basic nutrition, and I am pretty sure you can figure out what must of have happened next. I became overweight very quickly in 8th grade with a total weight of 200 pounds while being 5’10 was one of the most terrible situations I found myself. I was bullied for being and obese kid who wasn’t helping my situation. Instead, all it did was to make me rely on the satisfaction I get from food.
By the time I graduated from high school, I was 260 plus pounds, and I had to change. One of the biggest thing that motivated me to go from 260 plus pounds to my present weight as at that time (185 pounds) was mostly my dad. I lost my father when I was 19 to an unknown cause of death. I felt devastated after his death, and most of my family grieved traditionally. However, the situation was entirely different for me as i continue to develop a lot of frustration and anger about my dad’s death, I was motivated to ensure that a lot of things about my life turn around for good!
